My first blog ever

Hi, I told my coach Leonardo de Luca that I will start a blog this week, and it's now or never, just like the song. I prefer the original version though, you know, the song about the sun that is mine, in italian. So, here I am, writing in english or trying to (guess what my mother tong is). I write every day of my life, so why don't I try here to communicate with people by the Internet instead of waiting years before my personal log is published ? One of the main thing this week is my mantra. A year and a half, I started it and everyting changed arround me. I moved and stopped. A few days ago, I took it back and rebuild it a new way : with every five subjets involved, I put a image in my mind, a goal. First of all, it goes this way: I am abundance for me and my people, I am health, I am joy, I am creative genius. Yeah. So the first image is a certain amount of money that I've spared with no depts anymore, the second is an amount of money in our bank account and our car payed, the third is my weight (74 kilos) and my shape (good with a back all right), the fourth is me having a free sexuality and living a beautifull relationship with my girl friend and the fith is my CD done, a magnificent one, well bought, well reviewed and well distributed. That 's about it. Once a day, more if I can, 108 times in a raw. I have made a secret wish in front of my friends that I will do all that until the next 12 th of october. So I just do it. I can't wait. I mean I don't want to. One of the first thing I've found this week, I know you've read it a thousand times but I found it just all alone, is asking myself frequently : what can I do now to feel good ?
